Dhanam tharum kalvi tharum - Money is needed to survive in this world. Education or knowledge is also necessary to lead a meaningful life. So in this line abirami pattar says devotion towards abirami gives you the material wealth and all the educational knowledge that you need to survive in this world.
Oru naalum thalarvariya manamtharum - in English there is saying “just do it”. You say this when you want to boost the energy level of a participant in a running race. That is to stimulate or increase the enthusiasm so that one doesn’t get struck up in life. Such is the importance of enthusiasm in life. Pattar says the devotion to goddess gives you never ending energy (stimuli) so that you face life with ease.
Theyva vadivum tharum - man becomes evil when he thinks that he is the supreme form of living beings. There is supreme supernatural power that makes us do things in life. Faith in the omnipresent leads one to a disciplined life. One should be blessed so that your thoughts linger upon God. Thiruvasagam also says “avan arulale avan thaal vanangi” i.e., because of His divine grace I am able to think about His lotus feet. Similarly you need to have divine intervention / grace so that you are able to think about God. Goddess abirami gives you such devotion and spiritual path so that you reach salvation.
Nenjil vanjam illa inamtharum - inam means relatives, friends and acquaintances. There is an enemity and ego clash everywhere. We hear these words often, “they are our relatives but there is hatred between us”. Such is the situation in our society in the present scenario. Pattar says the devotion to Goddess gives you relatives and friends who never have any bad feeling against you. In more simple words - you will get surrounded by good people if you have strong faith in Devi.
Nallana ellam tharum - This is not the end of the list of things that the Goddess gives you. Whatever things that is good in this world she gives them to you.
Anbar enbavarke kanam tharum - She gives all the above said for her devotees. Anbar means devotees in Tamil. Kanam means a form of pride or a form of self worthiness. She gives this to her devotees so that they need not bend down to anybody else in this world.
Poonkuzalaal abiraami kadaikkangale - Now you have seen what Goddess gives to her devotees. But do you know which gives so much of these things? When goddess sees you for a second you get the entire world’s wealth as mentioned above. Kadaikkan paarvai means when goddess abirami sees you even for a second you get all the wealth of this world as well as moksha. Such is the divine power of Goddess Abhirami. Thus abirami pattar praises the Goddess in his Abirami Anthathi
