Comodo Firewall Pro vs. ZoneAlarm Free

ZoneAlarm Firewall is famous and almost any frequent Internet user would recommend ZoneAlarm Firewall. Windows OS without a firewall becomes easy prey to hackers and online privacy thieves. There are only a few firewalls available in the Internet Amongst them ZoneAlarm is the preferred lot by people as it has been available from early days. The free version of ZoneAlarm available in the ZoneAlarm site works without limits for some days. Then the features become restricted. Either you pay to get a fully working ZoneAlarm Firewall or stick with a feature restricted one. For a firewall, features must never be restricted so as to give optimum protection online. Whenever you see some random computer trying to connect to your PC you can safely block access. You can use the “remember this action” check box when you wish to give access to trusted applications.

If you are the one who pay for ZoneAlarm (paid version) of firewall then you can use it. But if you are a user of ZoneAlarm free firewall then it is recommended not to use the free version as it does not provide optimum privacy online. Comodo Firewall Pro is better than any other free firewall and definitely Comodo is better than ZoneAlarm Free. When you get comfortable using Comodo Firewall you will start liking the transparent working of Comodo Firewall which offers best online protection.

There are also some other free firewalls. But they may not be as strong as Comodo Firewall Pro.
