Diabetes - Natural Remedies
Many people suffer from diabetes throughout the world. The main reason for diabetes is nervous weakness. Bones and nerves weaken due to old age, mental worries, menopause problems for woman, and consumption of more rice based foods and other root vegetables.
The undigested food gets stagnant in our body and the insulin becomes insufficient to digest it. Hence, people with obesity definitely are easily affected with diabetes. Heredity is also one of the important reasons.

There is a proverb that says “Life is a misery to be lived and a problem to be solved”. In India there is no need to tell about this. Everybody is suffering from poverty and worries.

Walking is the best remedy for diabetes. Diabetics should not take rice much. Rice must be cooked without kanji (kanji vadicha arisi) i.e. not cooked in cooker. In a separate bowl cook the rice and remove the water (broth). Boiled rice is preferable than raw rice. Coffee and tea are the drinks which will weaken our nerves and bones. If you are addicted to coffee or tea instead of sugar take sugar free tablets.
Another proverb that says people above the age of 40 should shred out 3 whitish substances i.e. salt, sugar and coconut. Diabetics should completely avoid sugar and coconut.
Otherwise blood sugar will increase resulting in nervous breakdown, tension and tiredness before finishing our small duties. We cannot work hard.
If you want to get rid of diabetes, you are supposed to take nutritious kanji (made out of ragi (finger millets), kambu, corn); little rice for lunch, wheat rotis at dinner or one ragi roti at night with milk will keep you away from Diabetes. Try to add greens in the lunch. Take oil bath (with gingili oil) twice a week.
You can say goodbye to Diabetes with proper diet and stay away from it forever.
