Overcome Anemia: Dates Fruit
Most of the people who are pure vegetarians suffer from anemic trouble. Especially ladies suffer a lot even before getting married. Since they loose blood during menstruation, women especially during and after pregnancy suffer due to lack of iron in blood.
Because of anemia, body will become obese, they cannot sleep well, work energetically and they don’t feel an appetite in time. Hair becomes grey in young age itself. Body weight will go on increasing like an airtight ball. These are due to anemia only.
To get rid of all these problems, there is a simple way. You need to take dates fruits also known as Date Palm (images). If you take raw fruits dates by grinding through your teeth, all your teeth will fall sooner. True, the dates are enriched with surplus iron in such a way. No other fruit even pomegranate, apple, raagi and greens cannot compete with dates in regard to iron. Dates are the number 1 remedy to eradicate anemia from our blood.
Instead of taking the dates through our teeth the best way to take the date fruits are to take one teaspoon of date syrup (available at shops) with a cup of cow’s milk daily before going to bed. Dates fruit (in general) may weaken the teeth / nerves (for some people).
There is a good alternative for Dates fruit. It is called athipazham (Tamil) / dried fig (English) / Anjeer (Hindi). Dried fig can be added to milk and boiled. This dried fig combined with milk would be tasty to eat and also good for Anemia or Iron deficiency. It would have no harm for teeth unlike dates. It can be taken before going to sleep.
the fact mentioned that milk should not touch the teeth cannot be true for the Arabs used to eat dates and drink mild and some even survived only on both of them for years. there had never been a complaint about their teeth.

Thanks for you reply. I really like figs. I eat them quite often but not with milk. I usually eat them early in the morning/evening.
I also really love dates which is dried (juicy) and eat 6 to 8Nos at a time. I am bit worried now after you have mentioned (generally) that dates are bad for teeth.
Should I stop eating them as I dont want it to affect my teeth in long run.
Please let me know if you more good natural remedies.
