Ragi (Finger millet) for health & fitness
In modern days, people are earning well by working hard but wasting money like anything. They don’t bother about health. Even if they want to be healthy, they are in dark without knowing what are all good for health and what are all not good.

The best choice to help keep your health fit in regard to bones and nerves is to try Ragi (also known as Finger millet) especially at night for supper. Ragi is a boon to humanity. People with obesity can reduce half of their weight within 15 days. It is also a great boon for diabetics. It is good for anemic persons also. Normally people with anemia don’t get sleep at nights, body becomes flabby and they cannot be active in their routine work. Ragi is most preferable to ladies in their menopause stage.

How to prepare Ragi Roti floor for Roti:
Take two kilos of Ragi and wet Ragi in water for two hours. Then after cleaning filter the water. In a dry cloth put the Ragi and keep it in an empty bucket. In a big plate, you make the bucket upside down keeping inside Ragi. After three days dry the Ragi in sunlight and then grind it.
Daily at night take 1/2 cup of Ragi floor with one onion little cuttings prepare adai (thick floor in the form of dosa) with two teaspoons of oil.
This will be tasty. After 15 days, you will feel your body weightless, hip reducing, sugar controlling, very good sleep at nights and relieved from joint pains also.
This is because Ragi filters unwanted water from our body and makes our bones and nerves tight fit. Ragi contains 300% of calcium whereas milk has only 80%.
