Mangoes Wow!

Once you finish reading this post, I am sure that you will go to a mango shop to get mangoes. Mango is not an ordinary fruit. Unlike others it is a king in taste. It is rich in fibers.

You can imagine for yourself how the taste of mango would be, as Gods like Murugan and Ganesha fought for one single mango. Don’t you know the story? Here it comes…

Mangoes can be taken in the form of salad, fruit juice, milk shakes, pickles and the fruit as such. Adding mangoes to sambhar and kozambu will increase the flavor. Mango pieces are also added in Kashmiri pulav.

At a time it is not recommended to eat more than two big mangoes as it produces lots of heat in the body. If you are addicted to eat more number of mangoes now and then you can compensate the heat by drinking tender coconut juice.

There are various varieties of mangoes like banganapalli, mulgoa, romani, alphonso etc., All are good in taste. You can also take some unripe mangoes cut it into long pieces, apply salt and chilly powder and then eat.

I bet no one can resist the taste of mangoes.
