Tabbed browsing in IE

One of the greatest features of using Firefox and Opera is tabbed browsing. Tabbed browsing allows us to browse faster. Also opening a lot of windows will only lead to confusion. Currently Microsoft’s Internet Explorer does not offer tabbed browsing.

Now Microsoft is gearing up for enhancements, like for those who use their “MSN Search Toolbar” will have tabbed browsing in Internet Explorer (IE 5.01 or above) (snapshot). This sounds like a stop gap measure until IE 7 is released.

Microsoft’s Internet Explorer 7, yet to be released will have tabbed browsing enabled by default. Till then MSN search toolbar will make tabbed browsing enabled for IE users.
