Morning Walk

After waking up in the early morning and finishing your morning duties, going for a walk is necessary. This exercise is better than all the other exercises, for our body. Those who are addicted to coffee can even go for a walk after drinking a cup of coffee. You can even go in the daytime. But going for a walk early in the morning is good for your health. It is only in the early morning oxygen is found plenty in the atmosphere. So we can inhale good air.

This walking helps us in maintaining a healthy body and the longevity increases. It can be aptly said,

“Your health lies 10 miles away
 You have to daily walk and pick it up there”

Walking a short distance in the evening is also good. Those who cannot walk in the morning can walk in the evening. While returning from office we can walk to our house. Money is saved. Not only that. We get good hunger. Especially for old people walking is the best medicine. People who walk like this, need not visit a doctor often.
